Robin

Well I think it's a robin. I'm sure all you bird watchers will correct me if I'm wrong. They are rather cute and very friendly.

Grieving Effie

Effie and the other girls at London Zoo are all in mourning at present. Yeboah their French man, whom they all adored, died last Thursday. He'd only been with them since November but was an instant hit. He moved over from Nantes to keep them company as they were missing Bobby so much since he'd died in 2008 at the age of 25.

Yeaboah died from a diabetes related problem. How can a gorilla suffer from diabetes? At present the zoo keepers are concerned for the girls well being.
There is hope that one of them may be pregnant. I'll keep you posted.

Don't Bother Me

Just after a bit of peace and quiet. The others in here keep bothering me and now I have a camera in my face.
Grey skies and rain again. Bored bored bored.

Fear

Terrified more than scared. I still can't believe I took this picture. Maggie (yes this spider even has a name) eats things the same size as her. However she makes humans like me run in fear.

Maggie lives at London Zoo in Regent's Park if you feel inclined to pay her a visit.
